Good service, good discounts but the staff needs more trading in speaking over the phone while taking orders from customers, couple of times wrong medicine delivered

The most pathetic experience. I have been told that I shall receive a certain medication at 9 pm. After waiting for almost 10 hrs, I am told that we didn’t get the medicine. How unethical is this!! And this isn’t the first time this has happened. I gave them 2 chances but today I just lost it. Such pharmacies should be closed down if they can’t understand a patient’s needs. They make big promises and end up giving such a pathetic experience. In spite of asking the owner, Preeti Gupta’s no, they aren’t ready to give. As they don’t want to disturb Mam, it doesn’t matter if a patient is losing her sleep coz of them. Ridiculous!!
