The first time I went to the shop, the guy at the counter was quite eager to say: madam discount dete hum yaha pe bhi aap yaha aake medicine leke jau. He gave me discount on a purchase below 60. So, I thought they were genuine about it.
A fews days later, there's a different guy at the counter and I ask him if he's willing to give me half strips of two medicines that I needed. And he even printed the bill. I asked him about the discount, and suddenly there's no discount at all? I told him, I was here a few days (2-3 days) ago and I did get a discount. He straightaway said that's not possible. I told him that I came here because of the discount and I don't want the medicines anymore. I was ready to go, he calls me back and says already kaat diye goli ka packet, ab aadha rakh k kya karu. Hum 500 ko niche nahi dete. So he did give me the meds with a discount. I still tried to talk him, trying to clear the air: about how previously the person at the counter insisted that they give discount. Both the new people at the counter weren't ready to listen. Overall a misleading and bad experience. If calling your customers liar gets you more customers, maybe more people should be doing it.

This medical doesn't give any discount like some generic medical gives on both branded and generic medicine, also if you not demand they don't give bill also.
