Vijaya Medicals

First of All, I'm actually very hurt with the reviews I'm seeing here.. Vijaya medicals has been giving service since last 20 years, I stay in manipal since childhood. My family been their customer since 15 years or more... we never have experienced such stuff. We get discount everytime we visit. Coming to staff, they are nice. It's true that all staff's are not qualified. It's the helping nature of the Owners of Vijaya medical who give job opportunities to the needy people..
Overall it's one of the best.. one of the finest medical in manipal.

I would have given zero but there is no option. This is the worst pharmaceutical store in Manipal. Never visit it. They never have the prescribed medicines instead they give something else and charge you too much. Even none of the sales representatives over the counter have a degree or diploma in pharmacy. They dont even know what drug it is.. and are rude much. Nevwr prefer this one.. Radha Medicals is the best..

Its not as good as other pharmacies in the area. Except for one person none of the staff are qualified pharmacists. Pharmacies like this one should be avoided with better options around, especially Radha medical which is just a shop away.

The one stop destination for anyone who wants good medicines. The owner of the shop is very humble and politento every one whomsoever it is. It is true that not every one here is qualified but one thing is for sure that each and every one of them knows what they are doing. And u even get a good discount every time u visit the store. And the reputation is very good so as to not belive in them. Comparing them with any other medical is just a lame thing to do.

The shop service is good but the delivery service is Terrible. I was asked to send the live location and then asked about the location once again on call and the person still didn't know where to come. When I reached to collect, the delivery guy wasn't there despite him saying he'll be there in 2 minutes. I had to wait for a very long time. Very unprofessional while taking the order too.

If medicine is not there they won't say that to customer instead they make you wait for long and then they say they'll do home delivery but they won't do that and also if you call they won't attend the call too...
