You are made to wait for 20 minutes atleast even if you have had sent your meds online to them. Also, they are least bother for this. There is no follow regarding covid protocol it's just mess where one person just randomly disappears with list of your medicines and comes after ages. Only plus point is that they have large variety of medicines at both retail and wholesale and it's location.
