Very very unprofessional and not courteous . They do not respond well . Very pricey

I've been seeing this shop for many years but it was just few weeks back that I visited this place for a bouquet of white roses. They were quick to make my request and I felt really happy when I got a beautifully wrapped piece, along with a white card for writing my well wishes. Will definitely visit this place again.
