Good private nursing home with CT Scan, Pathology and other diagnostic services. Diagnostic and other facility changes are cheaper if compared to other providers. Cards are accepted only for nursing home and attached medical store bills but incase of diagnostic bills, cash is the only option. They also accept many health insurance policies except for West Bengal Police.

Cons:
1. Many hidden charges are there.
2. Nurses are not so careful. If patient ask for help they feel disturbed but HELPING CO-WORKERS ARE GOOD.
3. Don't buy medicine from the attached medical store.

Most worst experience from here. Xray department staff's behaviour is so disgusting.
But investigation billing staff's behaviour very good.

Worst hospital. Never send any patient to this hospital, he/she will be dead. They take loads of money and don't treat the patients nicely. My father was in this hospital (ICU) he didn't survive. They take money from us in the name of medicines 15k per day and told the patient needs medicines although they took money from us but didn't gave medicines. In the ICU in other hospitals there are no moniters they don't moniter the patients and it is not Centralised AC the wind is coming from the patients back and giving chills to the patient due to this bad treatment they still took 1lakh 26 thousand rupees from us. I spit at this hospital. I still regret why I put my father in this hospital. They also say lies first they said he has very bad condition they told he has 50% chance of survival but still died. My father told me to take him to another hospital. But we didn't send him as we thought he is having good treatment. If God gave me a wish I would wish that to burn this hospital into ashes😭😭

Do not go there unprofessional doctors and staff. They will just take out your money and there will be no improvement for the patient. I just lost my dad for their negligence. They billed about 6 lac for 7 days and treatment is nothing. Where kothari medical hospital says that If they did the right treatment then it would be fine in 5 days. Also the RMO is unprofessional where I find the reports of my father goes wrong they said they improved well.. Don't go here, you'd better go somewhere else.

Do not recommend at all. Here’s my friend’s experience: My grandmother is 92 years old, and she had a chest infection and started having severe pain in her chest on 1st January. We admitted her in INDUS NURSING HOME, Andul road by recommendation of our house physician. Previously we admitted her in Indus and did not have very positive review about it because of its lack of sanitation and hygiene. But it's near our place and we could not travel further with her and the doctor assured her that she will be fine and they will take care of the hygiene this time and we trusted him. But this time they did something which was absolutely inhumane.

Her chest infection resulted into pneumonia, she had to be placed in oxygen 24x7 and nebulizer was supposed to be given 2 times a day. The general ward lacks sanitation and we kept her in the delux cabin, I stayed with her for a night and the next night I was exhausted and had to go home. She was under observation of the nurses.

Today my father reached hospital at 11am and saw that she was tied in the bed, WITH ROPE. The oxygen mask was removed and she was lying in a wet bed with a pool of urine. And two caretaker women were sitting on the sofa and gossiping. She was not provided with oxygen for more than 12 hours and neither was she given nebulizer, and her conditions worsen. Their excuse was she was *MOVING ALOT, SO WE TIED HER HANDS AND LEGS IN THE BED* she's freaking 92 year old fragile woman with a heart condition!! her pneumonia has worsen and we had to shift her to Narayana. For three days of admission the final bill that came was a whooping ₹82,000. We lodged complaints and everything.
She is safe and stable now in the other hospital.

I've never lost so much cool than I did today. I shouted and screamed so much that I collapsed in rage and high BP.

Worst place, no cleanliness, staff is so careless and inhuman. They have made this place a money making institution. Pathetic place. If you really want good treatment Never ever visit there.
