Dr. Anirban Sengupta

Please note this is not the review for the doctor rather the staff who manages bookings and appointments.
Since last Friday, I have been trying to get an appointment and managed to get one for today (28th Feb 2022) after multiple follow-ups. I am from Sonamukhi and hence I need to travel from here to Bankura for the consultation. I am working hence I need to plan it well in advance.
Unfortunately, I couldn't manage to travel this morning as a statewide political strike was announced late evening yesterday. I have called twice since morning to reschedule the appointment but no one answered the calls. Finally managed to talk to the concerned person today evening.
He was rude, not at all helpful, and blatantly denied receiving any call from my number. I was astounded to see as if he is doing me a favor by booking an appointment,
I work in Bangalore and I am returning back over the coming weekend. Hence I don't think it would be a great problem for me to get myself checked up by a skin specialist over there, but it was my parents who wanted me to visit a dermatologist before I leave. I feel pity for those who misbehave with people without any provocation, for the medical staff who have zero empathy towards the patients.
I hope Dr. Sengupta will read my review someday and ensure his staff behaves well with the patients.

Today I called for an appointment, the behaviour of the person who answered the call is cery bad.His attitude is out of the mark.

His treatment is very poor... Each and every time we visit him he conducts experiments with the patients with multiple medicines. Atlast result is zero...
