They only know how to make money by keeping a 2 yr little baby unnecessary hospitalized.
I am from delhi i had no optio. I went to him and for 3 days my baby was there without any improvement
And drips were also not working well
Dr. Said 2 3 days we have to keep him. As a mother it was very hard to take that decision i asked dr fir discharge
He got angry. Somehow i successfully came out of that hell (his hospital)
I decided to go back delhi
My pediatrician gave medicines and my baby was 50%ok same dayhe didnt even asked for admitt
Only gave medicine

After birth baby was felling difficulty in breathing and also weight of baby was 1.75 kg.
Now after discharge from hospital he is well now and also feeding as usual.
I' m really very thankfull to Dr ravi khanna.

Dr. Ravi Khanna has good facilities for newly born children.. And the behavior of Dr and staff is good.
I brought my baby here with prematur birth and lung problem..which is fine with treatment here..

Thanks to all the staffs including housekeeping members for taking care of my baby. A big thanks to Dr. Ravi Khanna sir for giving best treatment. I have been here since last 15 days. I have seen the dedication of Dr Ravi Khanna toward the new born babies. The hole unit try to give best treatment and best care for the babies. Also few supporting staffs are very cooperative and given the required information to me timely when needed. Initially I was worried about how would be the line of treatment. But day by day I have got faith and today the day has come when my baby is fully okey and got discharge.

Pros:
1. Dedication of Dr. Ravi Khanna towards all the babies.
2. Medical facility and best equipped centre.
3. Supportive staffs.
4. Online or card payment process.
5. Daily wise briefing to all the concerned person of patients by Dr Ravi Khanna himself only at evening time round. He describe everything related to baby’s current position. This was best I have found.

Cons:
1. Little hygiene is needed. At NICU area all the peoples gets sleep there, eats there. It should be restricted as most hygiene is needed at babies area.

2. Also the people with patients keeps there shoes chappals at stairs and falatu area sometime. It also should be restricted strictly. Without restrictions no one will understand. Post covid I thought people would be aware of hygiene and will keep maintain but no. They are still like same. No improvement in people’s mind.

Rest all are perfect. Once again thanks to all the staff members for there efforts towards all the babies. Take care all of you.

Mere bacche ko jab laye to breathing problem thi. baby CPAP oxygen pr Raha. Now baby fine.
