Here nureses are not organizing the patients well. Waiting time is enourmos and you have to spend one whole day and end of the day they will make you annoy with their own politics. Since doctor is on hidden side, he dose not know all these things. Worst experience of coming to this hospital. Waiting here for the whole for even review of the doctor.

My aunt has been going to this clinic for past 30 years and today September 20, 2022 she went there as she was having cough for last couple of days. The doctor did his regular check up and gave the prescription, in the meantime my aunt informed him that she is having BP tablets and is it okay to take these tablets along with her usual BP tablets. The doctor got offended and thrown the prescription to the dustbin saying you don’t trust me. He even went further and informed all other patients behind on the same then made her wait for an hour to give the prescription again. This is a ridiculous act on being for such a experienced professional doctor. Today his act was utterly unprofessional and to his age this behaviour is highly unacceptable. I would highly recommend not to get into this clinic unless you find it to be comfortable going there.

Doctor consultation and treatment is good but their staff not response good. I half day spending the hospital and their staffs not response good

My grandmother 80 years old and she is suffering from breathing difficulty past 25 years and we take her to many hospitals but we don't get good response and again she suffer very bad. And one day we taken her to Dr M Shanmugam clinic and dr examine my grandmother and prescribed some medicine to take and now my grandmother feels better and healthy. Now my grandmother doesn't had any problems and taking regular medication prescribed by doctor. And really the staff was very kind and friendly. Giving more priority to sick people and her response was very kind and caring to the patient's. The way of care is very good.

Dirty tables, you have to stand atleast 4 hours, if you cannot others will overtake you and get the treatment, basically no consultation plan here.this place is kind of covid blast location. Nurses are not wearing mask at all.

My close friend suggested Dr.Shanmugam for respiratory related deseases. I took my aunty who was suffering from cough, chest pain and breathlessness to that clinic. Basic investigation was done and Dr gave treatement which relieved my aunty's difficulties and she is comfortable now. Staffs maintaining the clinic neetly. It takes time to meet the dr becasue many patients are waiting and obvisouly we have to wait for our turn.

If you're having symptoms of TB or Latent TB, i prefer to visit this clinic. Expert Doctor and friendly staff especially the Ex ray guy. Nominal cost to coduct all types of test. Great counselling provided by Dr Shanmugam

Great treatment provided. Healthy and Safety of the patients is the top priority of the doctor.
