Very poor service Dr does have publicity nothing else only Recently I ve visited there and took appointment by phone first visit was ok and he give medicine then after two days when patient doesn’t feel better I asked staff to make appointment they said call tomorrow today & tomorrow’s appointments already booked I request them I need appointment for regular patient they said no u have to call tomorrow to get appointment then I asked them if patient does not feel better then what patient do they said u can take emergency appointment of Rs500 again I asked them patient is regular patient this is her second visit they said no u need to pay Rs 500 then I went there I asked staff emergency appointment they said Is full Now
I remind them I called u before coming then they said U need to wait for ur turn for Two ours I said Its ok but staff behavior was very cheap they behave as we are there for free medicine fully Rubbish Doest have antiquates to deal with people . AT LAST I SUGGEST Dont Consult this Dr Go to some where else Ludhiana/ Jalandher aslo suggest Google Dont delete my Comment

Worst experience I ever face in India , went there for my ear treatment , they charged so high and medicines they gave me , did nothing , instead my ear condition got more worst ,

They provide appointment as their time is precious for them. But they don't value the patient time. Doctor was not on time.

Also reception staff don't have etiquette. They don't treat patient in good manner. When asked about the appointment, they told that you ask the doctor why he is late.

The hospital is not deserving for a single star. Doctors and staff are reckless. Front Desk staff is not properly trained. I am going for treatment of ear of my wife but regular follow up for 4 months no any relief. Please avoid to go to the hospital.
