Few years back very shocking thing happened with my female relative where dispite of mentioning that she is allergic to given pain killer, one nurse gave her the same injection without talking with main doctor. After she was getting reaction everyone notices it. It was clearly mentioned in patients history still that nurse injected the same and same nurse is still working is hospital no action taken. She survived because we have doctors in family and they were present their. When she is about to deliver a baby at that time these people are risking her and baby's life. I am so disappointed. I am writing this very late because I got to know this today only. Doctors and management should not be such careless. That employee should have been terminated immediately. Just think if she or baby would have died then what these people would have done. Just try to cover the story. Please be careful and remove such people . Train everyone professionally.

Except this doctors are really good but management should be strict and give first priority to someone's life.
