I had severe pain on my right leg from last 6 months. My orthopaedics suggested me for physiotherapy and recommended Sneha mam for same.

She understood the root cause for my pain during the initial consultation itself and started machine based physiotherapy session for initial 2 sessions followed by some physical exercise in next sessions.

I took total 10 sessions from her and my 90% of pain is gone. She has asked me to continue the exercise daily for full recovery.

1) There is no alternative to daily exercises. Machines can only start the treatment, but what actually cures is the continuing of exercises.

I have excellent result in my shoulder and neck pain in a short span of therapy. Before going LAP clinic I have consulted ayurvedic and alopathic doctors. Even I had undergone physio therapy with a wellknown centre, which resulted a non movement of my hand. Currently I am undergoing therapy in LAP Clinic for knee pain.
