Dr. Natasha Couto

I have a Indian breed female dog. Dr. Natasha has been very kind and compassionate about my dogs health condition. She will explain everything very nicely so that you understand how to take care of your pet at home. She has called me to ask about my dogs health after a few days that shows her passion towards animals and dedication towards her patients. I had been to 2 Dr earlier but my dog was not getting any better. Its only after I came to Dr. Natasha I got very good results and got full satisfaction that I am in good hands for my dog. Thanks a lot Dr. Natasha for your kindness and all the care you give for my dog. God bless you.

I'm writing this review about my terrible and sad experience with Dr. Natasha. She treated my cat for 11 days and all she did was give him high dose injections everyday despite of knowing that he didn't have anything in his stomach since he was so sick he wasn't eating anything. She took the blood test day before he died that also after I requested her to take it since there was no sign of recovery and she wasn't even sure what was wrong with him. Knowing his condition from day 1 she would have taken blood test earlier and given him proper medication. My cat died a painful death by being poked everyday and going through that trauma. I would not want any other animal going through the same experience and hence want everyone to know of my bad experience with her and don't recommend her to treat your pets otherwise she will make the case more worsen. Today I have lost my dear cat and he is no more and the only person I blame is the Dr.

Dr. Couto has been doctor to my two indie pups for about four months now and the experience has been nothing but incredible. She is good with the pups, and extremely helpful in emergencies. I have had to text/ call her at odd hours quite often because one of the pups is a little sickly, and every time she has done nothing but offer help and good advice. Both me and my two puplettes are very grateful to have a vet like her in our lives.

I would 100% recommend this clinic for your pets. You dont have to worry about your pets health once you go to her. Both my boxers love to visit her.

Please never take your pet or stray cats to this clinic ever. This veterinarian does not know how to speak politely over the phone. Lacks compassion towards indie cats. Like several others have pointed out here, she has very low skills when it comes to diagnosing root causes behind symptoms correctly. She treats the symptoms instead.There is a high chance of your pet dying especially if it's a cat. Any pet owner is better off with a kinder, more skilled and polite veterinarian. Better still, more people in our country should get into this field so that pet parents have better choices instead of being forced to go to people with no natural affinity for this profession & no actual affection towards animals. It seems like those who could not enter into human medicine end up as vets here--really tragic for pets and their gullible owners.

My 7 month old puppy Labrador... Taken to her clinic for loose motion vomiting problem she gave wrong injection to my puppy after that dose my puppy done blood vomiting nd blood loose motion
I called her immediately nd send her photos of blood loose motion and vomiting but she did not receive my calls and she texted back me on whatsApp that I am very busy and sended me another vet no. To go there.
She did all blood test but couldn't daigaonis for actual disease parvovirus gastrointestinal she taken fees of rs2000 but I have lost my pet very worst & money oriented
