My angeography from Amala medical college,Thrissur revealed two blocks and I decided to have angeoplasty from there itself.My classmate and present wise principal of Amala medical college,Dr.Tp Antony also had a share in my decision.When I called on my favourite student Dr.Anil Salim in person at aster Mims,I only wished him to interpret the blocks and explained to me the details of the procedure. The session with him instilled courage in to a rather scared me. The way he explained the intricasies with the help of the findings in the echo test and angeography was enough to change my mind to have a procedure done by my dear student.My daughter who was with me was infact more particular to perform angeoplasty and stenting by Dr.Anil salim.Mr.Abdu Rahman Edakuni my student and present dcc secretary briefed to me about Dr.Anil Salim who according to him,stands apart in Calicut as a cardiac surgen.One of the blocks I had was near to the juncture were the lad branched and the procedure involved skill and precision.I sincerely believe but for the skill and craftsmanship of Dr.Anil Salim, I would not have overcome the hurdles and within no time I was perfectly alright to leave the hospital.As all know covid-19 proved to be a road block in every sense to meet the doctor in person for subsequent reviews.As patients everybody has the freedom to consult and avail the service of Dr.Anil Salim over telephone.I two contact him frquently for his advice on matters pertaining to cardiac issues.He spares too much of his time for the follow ups of his treatment and Iam very much greateful to him as he has been at the Beck and call to serve me as probably as any other patient.Let the almighty shower his blessings up on him so that he may render his service to as many cardiac patients as possible.
