I was visiting from USA and happened to visit Dr Srinivas for some skin issues .
He took time to know and explored all options before a heavy handed approach. He answered all my questions in depth and didn't try to talk me into cosmetic procedures but rather dealt with my dermatological concerns. He exemplifies integrity and has high ethical standards. He is truly amazing, personable and has great bedside manners. Highly recommended.

Iam very happy with the doctor but the receptionists were very rude. Shouting at the top of their voice , making faces....lack of basic manners led us to have an unpleasant experience. What surprised us is one of the receptionist went inside the doctor 's cabin and spoke rudely to the lady doctor as well. Then again outside they communicating with each other saying we should tell Dr srinivas . What they want to tell that they behaved rudely to the customer or the lady doctor,, I did not understand.

I came with spider bite and we know that, but he is telling it's happens because of steroid use and overnight usage of oil.
I am not taking any kind of steriods and using oil from my childhood.
Nb: I suggest others go and consult a good doctor for your skin problems. Waste of money and time. I paid the consultation fees and ask to write on the letter pad for 2 days rest , i didn't ask for a fake medical certificate.If you are following ethics just send it back my money because I have no use from your consultation.

I received the poorest quality of care at this location. Instead of examining me and asking me questions to describe my issue, the doctor (Srinivas) proceeded to make assumptions about my condition and offered a general diagnosis. He refused to address any of my concerns/questions and rattled off a list of generic terms and illnesses as though he'd memorised them. Furthermore, he also suggested laser and cosmetic treatments.

The whole consultation reeked of suspicious behavior on his part and felt like a gimmick to shame worried patients into getting expensive cosmetic treatments that have nothing to do with their actual issues. Please visit a better doctor who truly cares about the well being of their patients.

Worst diagnosis done by doctor. I had visited this place for hairfall problem 3 months back but the prescription was of no use, they charged me 2500 including medicines[5%minoxidil, scalpe shampoo &follihair] which even a common man can suggest
Just wasted my money dr just asked few general questions with in minute he even didn't look about hair just as if he gave medicines which is of waste never & ever recommend this to anyone. Best advice is to look for a good doctor who can clearly analyse your problem

Wish I could give zero stars. I felt like I was speaking to a poorly designed robot instead of a doctor, who gave a blanket diagnosis equivalent to the results of an online search. In all my years of experience in the medical field, I haven't seen such an awful "professional". I would strongly advise people in need of a skin doctor to go elsewhere.

VERY WORST EXPERIENCE AND NOT TO RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC
I went to this hospital along with my wife with a Hair fall problem, very worst experience I had
since my wife is feeding a baby of 9 months and moreover she is prescribing unwanted medicines which causes more adverse effect.
I am also holding a Master of Pharmacy with 12 years of experience in Medicine filed.
just simply Dr. prescribe a medicine which is which is not at all required she write whatever she know and Dr. is telling that it is acceptable globally.
