Dr Sharada K Tapuriah

Dr. Sharda Tapuriah was awesome, very help ful and supportive but sonography department was complete chaos. We were booked for 10.30 AM and taken in at 1 PM. It took them 2 and half hours to take us in. However we were the second appointment of that morning. Ultrasound staff was completely untrained and mismanaged. On top of that nobody was allowed to be in the room with the patient for moral support who was examined by three males. I do not recommend any body to go to these place for the safety and convenience of their loved ones. I rated 1 star only because of Dr.Sharada. Hospital alos rips people off by overcharging patients. Their standard rate for NT Ultrasound is Rs.1500 but we were charged Rs. 2500. It usually takes 10 to 15 minutes to get Ultrasound images and report but we waited 2 hours to get report on top of 3 hours wait time for examination. I tried to file complaint but the person who is supposed to be connected for complaints was not even present at work. 3 hours after examination, finally we got reports and what we found!!! All the dates like expected delivary dates, date of last period, date of birth etc. in the reports were completely wrong and the report was prepared by specialist who came from surat. What a shame. A complete disaster. Extremely poor quality of service. Untrained staff id spoiling the reputation of skilled gynecologist in the hospital.

Hospital is good but doctors is not good behave. Abhishek tapuriah his nature is very bad if I question he is angry he is telling you are doctor or I am doctor very bad experience I am not suggest this doctor
I have experience in Surat doctor Sandhya is very nice doctor she is very softly suggest doctor Sandhya assistant also very very nice and behave also very good
