Cheaters at large, took 100% advance payment, while check-in Hotel declined stating they didn't get any payment from OYO and do not deal with them anymore.
Called OYO customer care multiple times, but sadly of no help as they asked to hold call so they transfer same to escalation department and then gradually the disconnected the call while keeping me on hold.
Even the entire day passed no one reached out, got an email, when reverted as asked, no response even over that.
Highly in-sensitive team, leaves you at road even after booking and paying 100% as advance days in advance.
No communication at all.

This office is inside vikas sadan. It's clean and well maintained.

Pls share anyone case experience
