Lovely haveli
An impressive haveli restored to get the best of both worlds, authentic and modern
Beautifully laid-out, clean, comfortable, quiet, friendly English-speaking owners, lovely kids, yummy & healthy food,
Highly recommended! :)

We stayed in The Padmini Haveli for 2 nights, and believe me, 2 nights is very less.. we came back from our vacation but our mind, our heart is staying with them only.. let me start with location , this haveli is inside the fort.. so technically u r staying in the fort.. this feelings only giving u goosebumps.. above all rooms are very cozy , very very clean and nicely maintain.. above all food is outstanding.. you will be getting fresh food with different verity in every day.. Sudhir Ji, the head of the family every day goes to market to buy fresh vegetable , then Bhabij look after cooking menu, test and other thing.. in their house no Bread, no fast food, no chemical colors used, even pickle, jam every thing is homemade., and lastly, Sudhir ji is a walking encyclopedia about Chittorgarh and in and around.. he will be telling all stories during Chittorgarh Fort visit , and after city tour also, if you listen the story from him, you will start loving chittorgarh in different way.. but for sure over all experience will make you feel to come back The Padmini Haveli again.

We stayed in Padmini Haveli for 2 nights with our Parents. Haveli is beautiful amidst a small village. We loved staying there only thing I'll point out is, Food is quite expensive around 700/- per person. Even though we didn't demand certain type of food to be served. They served typical plain Indian food chapati, sabzi, dal and rice, And charging this amount is unreasonable. Otherwise they were quite friendly and polite. They even offered their scooter to us for which I am literally thankful. I'll recommend.

Expensive given it’s location, but it was a gorgeous haveli to stay in with great hosts. And the village was very welcoming. Given the hosts are vegetarian (plus no eggs), the only reason for me to give 4 star was breakfast as it was very light (toast and jam, fruit and pancakes) and I’m a big breakfast person. So that’s just my stomach talking. However, the vegetarian dinners were lovely and plentiful.

I highly recommend the Fort tour with the hosts, and I don’t normally do tours!

What an amazing opportunity to visit the inside of an historical fort with a family of long standing. The family and their help provided for all of our needs and then some. Meals were an option which we took and was delicious. Pavarati offered a tour of the monuments inside the fort which was a real treat. We felt fortunate to have experienced such a creative home stay with all of the offerings. Our only concern was the street noise when we were trying to sleep.

Stopped in for breakfast here. Really wished I’d stayed for a few nights, because the haveli is beautiful. Parvati and her family run a great operation, and I highly recommend stopping by for at least a meal if not the night. The restoration is masterful, and I’ll be sure to stay here next time I’m in town.

Thanks for the hospitality!

Hood authentic and homely experience. Food, even though Indian and home cooked is catered for foreign guests and may not suit the Indian palette
