Brown Spoon

Brown Spoon is an enterprise by Nishita Dhruv, who was really excited to serve us her delicacies. We were treated by the following lipsmacking sweets:-

1. NUTELLA BROWNIE:
1st dish that was served and oh boy! it was probably the best among all the rest! Brownie was fresh, moist and perfectly chocolaty at the same time....And that NUTELLA drizzle on top....Need I say more?
Rating: I wish I could give it 10/5!! Total winner!

2. KITKAT DOUGHNUT
Nishita had stuffed melted chocolate into freshly fried doughnut, smeared with dark chocolate and KitKat pieces on the top. Doughnut was crispy and soft both at the same time! Amazing!

3. Red Velvet Nutella Truffle
This cute little truffle was dipped in white chocolate with drizzle of nutella on it! Yummy it was!

4. Dark chocolate coconut truffle
This little champ was made of dark chocolate and coated with dessicated coconut. Truly mouth-melting, never knew that coconut and dark chocolate together would taste so good! I just can't forget that heavenly taste!!!

5. Oreo Chocolate Spoon
Nishita's innovation, it consists of melted chocolate with your favourite toppings on a spoon! She served us Spoon with chocolate and Oreo pieces. Dip it in milk or go crazy by licking it off...It's your choice! Loved it!

soft brownie with perfect portion of nutella on it,
sweetness was perfectly balanced between brownie and nutella 4/5

i found more portion of cream cheese in it, i think oreo portion should be more according to cream cheese, 3.5/5

Oreo Dips
i tried many dips but must say these was one of best dips i tried over here, crispy again perfect proportions of ingredients in it, 4/5

Nutella truffles
pure nutella, nutella lovers will surely like it, its a hit 4/5

Overall it was a great experience of having such yummy brownies and dips over here.

What we sampled - Oreo Dips, Oreo Bars and Nutella Brownie

Oreo Dips ~ How can you improve on Oreo cookies? How about giving them a good dunking in rich chocolate?! These chocolate-dipped Oreos are super easy to eat, but they're always incredibly popular for one simple reason: they are DELICIOUS. They like to keep things simple and decorate them with a few choco chips.

Oreo Bars ~ There’s just something about chocolate, and rich desserts that I love. I cannot stress how much I LOVE no bake desserts, especially in summer. Enjoying decadent homemade treats make us very happy. Crushed Oreos for the base. A smooth mix of white chocolate, cream cheese, and Oreo chunks for the filling. And the topping is scattered Oreos, and dark chocolate. And you don’t have to bake it. You already know you’re going to like this one.

Nutella Brownie ~  If you love to indulge in thick chocolate hazelnut spread known as Nutella, you will go absolutely nuts for these Nutella Brownies. Quite usual yet decadent.

In a nutshell, do we really need to say anything more? We’re obviously in love with these brownies and highly recommend you come and fall in love, too.

Brown Spoon is a home based outlet managed by Nishita Dhruv and her team. They have cakes, chocolates, truffles, brownies, churros, dips, cupcakes, mousse and fudge and they deliver all over Mumbai. I was invited by team Brown Spoon to try out their savory desserts.

What I had:
Oreo and Nutella truffle: I had two varieties of Oreo and Nutella truffle, one covered with the white chocolate and other variant was covered with Nutella. Both truffles were filled with the goodness of Nutella and Oreo and no doubt the taste was brilliant. The white chocolate variant is my personal favourite, just loved it.

Nutties donut- A donut filled with the godly taste of Nutella, what else do you need to satisfy your sweet tooth? Just indulge yourself in the luscious taste of the donut. (The donut was so mouth watering, i almost forgot to take a picture. But thankfully Nishita reminded me of it)
Brown spoon is a team of committed and dedicated people. I would really like to thank Nishita and her team for inviting me and giving me the opportunity to taste the desserts. I would highly recommend this place.
For those who want to order Cake and other Desserts. Minimum requirement for a cake is half kg and order should be placed at least 2 days prior to the delivery date. Other desserts like truffle would come in a box of 6 (that's the minimum requirement). So don't wait at all, order any dessert from the list and satisfy your sweet tooth without moving a single muscle. ;)

Was invited by Nishita Dhruv to try out her desserts and boy oh boy were they good.

She took her passion for baking a step ahead and made it a full time business. Brown Spoon is her labour of hard work and dedication. It’s been listed on Google and she sells her delicious desserts through Swiggy and other services. Nishita runs her business from home and expects to have her own little shop in Mumbai to sell her products from.

I was asked whether I wanted to select any of their products from the menu for tasting or was I open to being served something they thought would be nice. I let Nishita choose the desserts for me and I was presented with Nutella Brownie, Nutella Mousse and Truffles.

The best thing what I liked about her desserts is that she didn’t focus on selling Nutella through her products. Instead, she let her desserts do the talking. The brownie was soft, delicious and the filling of Nutella in the brownie and on the top was just perfect. Just like how I would expect it to be anywhere else. Definitely recommend everyone to try it.

The Nutella Mousse was INSANE. Perfect layer of cream and perfect balance of sweetness with the Nutella. I actually licked the entire spoon clean. I even tried the Red Velvet and Dark Chocolate Truffle. And as I’ve mentioned above for the others, these two items were delicious as well.

I wish Nishita and her team all the love and success. As promised, I will be ordering from you very soon and I will let my friends know as well :)

Recently, my sweet tooth cravings were satisfied by BROWN SPOON- which is managed by home baker Nishita Dhruv and her team. It is located in Mulund and they deliver across Mumbai. They have brownies, churros, truffles, oreo bars, dips, mousse, cupcakes,donuts, chocolate fudge, customised cakes and many more.

I got my hands on 4 different desserts -
OREO DIPS
Our favorite Oreo biscuits are dipped in white chocolate initially and then dark chocolate, which is then garnished with two to three chocolate chips. It is very crispy and chocolaty. Overall two layers of chocolate, its like having the best of both world, ie. White chocolate as well Dark chocolate.



2. DARK CHOCOLATE DONUT
This is my personal favourite. The Dark Chooclate is smothered over the donut. I must say, the donuts were really soft and I wasn't expecting a home baked donut to be so soft and delicious. This donut is quite picturesque and pleasing to the eye.



3. OREO DONUT
This donut has white chocolate smothered over it and Oreo crumbs on top of White Chocolate. Although, the white chocolate was too sweet for my liking, the oreo crumbles in my mouth was a treat!

4. NUTELLA BROWNIE
This was one of the best Nutella brownies I've ever had! It is a double layered brownie with Nutella in the center as well as on the top. The brownie was spongy and gooey. The nutella is smothered quite generously on top of the brownie. I am sure every Nutella lover will like this.


Overall, the Nutella Brownie and Dark Chocolate Donut were my personal favorites. I will definitely try out other desserts as well.

All of them were exceptional and unique.. however few of them stood out..
One was Oreo bars which I tasted for the first time and as they say first one should always make a great impression..and yeah it did.. will be soon trying another
Nutella mousse was very light airy and my favourite.. a must try
Donuts also had there charm kitnat where crunchy, dark chocolate were overloaded with chocolate and we're yummy..And the best part is you can order them in varying sizes.
Chocolate fudges are small nuggets to curb ur small chocy hunger
And most importantly they also deliver cake. All items were eggless so a happy news for all vegetarians..

A must try at least once..and den u just can't stop!!

Got my Hands on this nutella flooded brownie..& trust me in the picture the way it looks delicious is exactly the same while having it too..not too much of sweet in taste ..just perfectly balanced with the nutella & Brownie..definitely a must try for all the nutella lovers💓🥮♥️💁🏻‍♀️
