Ada Designer Chikan Studio

We were recommended highly to shop at Ada in Hazratganj, Lucknow and I must say we were not disappointed. This shop has one of the finest fabric, designs and a breadth of local artisans’ work. The staff is very cordial, friendly and very professional in answering any queries you’ve. We shopped here twice within a span of one week but the range of options varied a lot. I must say it’s one stop-shop if you’re looking for a finest Lucknowi Chikankari work (embroidery). It’s bit expensive compared to other shops but their quality is unmatchable. Best bang for your bucks.

It’s located conveniently at the heart of Hazratganj, right next to the Lucknow Metro. You can enjoy a nice stroll in the historic part of Lucknow- a perfect amalgamation of Mughal and Brits era.

Defective product

A honest review from an old client!

I ordered 5 products online from their website on July4, and received the consignment on July 11 . The parcel looked great well packed and when opened it has 2 package of Ada in cellophane wrap. When opened I found a black marks on one of the white palazzo, and rest of the stuff was good. I was shocked to see the this piece is defective and contacted the Ada Studio via their whatsapp chat . Showed them all the pictures but they keep in insisting me that it has been tempered In customs .

But how that matter to me - I have ordered so much stuff online and it never happened. You deal with customs, it’s not my fault. It doesn’t looked that the parcel was tempered as the cello bag was so thin and putting back the 3 products back in that thin bag it very difficult. All products was creased well and didn’t looked like someone has opened .

Now it’s been 10 days and I didn’t get any response from them . A very poor customer service. When contacted lately they said they have forwarded my case to senior and they are reviewing. When asked the number and name of senior so I can talk , no response.
For me they have lost the trust of their company when customer order and get defective stuff.

After 3 weeks Ada team contacted and resolved my issue by giving me a replacement of this defective product , thank you ADA 🙏

Best shop and outstanding collection of good quality chikan dress materials at Lucknow. In every future trip at Lucknow we will visit Ada shop.Wish their more success ,wishing their next branch in Kolkata or Saltlake, West Bengal.

Loved the kurti. Made little changes added matching button and cut the length and added it to sleeve. Material is very good and comfortable.

Purchasing clothes online is always a risky game especially if it’s in different city and you’ve never seen it anywhere. But here in Ada the experience was different, the online collections of clothes were good and the quality of clothes what I have received is really good. The online support is also good. The delivery of clothes was done real quick which I appreciate a lot. Thank you guys

Superb fabric, great fitting, such a good fall and gives an exquisite feeling. I am not very inclined to buy online without trying but Ada has given a remarkable fitting. Love the authenticity and the choice of dresses they have. I would love to visit the store in Lucknow, when I travel there.

Not only they recommended me the most beautiful Saree according to my budget , they made the entire process very seamlessly easy. From ordering to delivering the item , everything was very smooth and the staff was very attentive to my requests. The Saree was instantly loved by my mother and she couldn’t stop adoring it.
