Ordered from here twice the first time they tailored the clothes as requested and the delivery time was reasonable the item ordered was ok. Second time I ordered from here someone contacted me after one whole month of placing the order to mention that my tailoring requirements were incorrect, asked for body measurements and sent the clothes tailored how they thought was best, and so the fitting wasn't right. I don't understand how they believed they'd know my body better than me. Also don't understand if the tailoring/ measurement requests were accepted the first time I ordered without question why not the second time? Especially as they were the same as last time. Confusing. The service was terrible too with the person in customer services trying to blame me for delays with the delivery. The clothes from here are not such good quality either for the sky high prices.

I ordered 4 outfits and a pair of bangles from Gulabo Jaipur in advance of my trip to India. I was a bit skeptical of ordering online, since my most recent experience was absolutely terrible with another store.
BUT- I connected with the owner on Whattsapp and explained my requirements. My clothes were beautifully made, and arrived exactly on the day I wanted them. The fabric, the embroidery, the colours and the fit are all gorgeous!
I really like this store and the service! Highly recommended.

I have ordered two suit sets from Gulabo Jaipur till date. First time I purchased Resham Green set which was beautiful. Recently purchased blue set, received exactly as shown, color was beautiful. Customer service was good, they replied promptly to my queries. Dispatched as I requested.

I recently ordered from Gulabo Jaipur and just loved my order when it came. Fitting was just perfect. I had asked them to customise it and I was really skeptical of fittings. Team was extremely helpful, they even suggested the length of pants would be short basis my height and I then asked them to adjust accordingly. I have never done such shopping before with customisation as I was scared what if it doesnt work. But it was an amazing experience.. the quality of stiching is just great and love their designs. They have earned a customer for life. Thank you guys and keep doing the great work.

This is my first time ordering from 'Gulabo Jaipur' and my experience was very nice. The dress, material, and everything regarding the product is good.

I have just loved the experience of having such an easy find for clothes that don’t adhere to a strict size ! They were very patient with every detail and reassured me that it would be done on time.
