Good clinic for skin cure

Very bad experience,Reception peoples were so disgusting and rude.They said you do not have appointments even after booking.Visited twice at the hospital with proper appointments they said otp is full come tomorrow. Is it government hospital or charity hospital?Everybody is paying fr treatment.Better to go to other specialist.
