It has wide range of cosmetics collection like MAC, Maybelline, Lakme, etc. It's watch and perfume collection is excellent! But I couldn't find the shoes collection up to the mark. Staff behaviour is nice and polite, but in some cases I saw lack of awareness. Overall nice experience!

If you don't mind spending extra few bucks for the sake of brand than this place will not disappoint however, I was not fully satisfied with offers there. They have their own offers and does not provide offers added by the brands, this makes this place cheaper for some commodities and expensive for others. Of you like going for fashion brands and do not want stick to particular brand outlet then this place is ideal. They have average to good collection.

Extremely unprofessional and rude behaviour of staffs on the bill counter. Making excuses and standing/talking among themselves instead of helping customers. Only one counter was working across 3 floors of the shop. A lady was making a payment in front of me and upon some confusion on the bill amount she left the counter and went to the brand counter. I just had 2 products and ready cash with me instead of helping me person was making so many excuses as if I was shopping in shoppers stop for the first time. Being a first citizen customer, this is not the level of service expected from Shoppers Stop.

The collection is good but too many sales people can annoy you and they will not let you see any item on your own. I wanted to buy but left because of too much interference by sales.
