This is a very old departmental store, have seen it in Jorhat too. A bit old-fashioned but it's Okay. The structure of the store is historic. We should actually take initiative to preserve this type of stores. To relate, how much time have changed the things.

Doss & Co is the oldest departmental store in the city. Over the years, it also improved a lot and is the only place to buy everything.
