It's very wrost experience. As people have to stand for long time as no appeal of the suffered people is heard by them. And one of the thing the discrimination and parchiality is to seen at large. As their is need for more maintenance so that good response is to be seen by the government officials and by the peoples also.

No proper management. Staff need to be more polite and also they leave before their scheduled time and comes late in the morning.

No employee works properly, and if the light is turned off, then they are not used the generator.

Most of the services are on line and very prompt. Yet the Nexus of agents is playing a bigger role

We reach on the exact time at 9.00 am.. As per mentioned in the guidelines.. But workers are late by 30 minutes..

Experience was not that much good because of the language written.. it was all punjabi we were not able to understand and find it easily.. please ensure there us written something in english or hindi so that the outsider one can easily find the place.. put some direction or boards to identify the same.
