If ur going to update your addhar card avoid going on Friday. Opens at 8:30 am something people will be standing in line from 7 am

Went for an Adhaar update.Single person at the counter. Said that the systems aren't working and that we had to go to the Mallasandra counter.

Worst place ever. They have audacity to take whole day of applicants. They waste your time like hell. Would highly recommend people to complain to their higher authorities

These employees behave like govt employees. Worst people(all) and behaviour. Please i request Bangalore one head of this branch to take serious action on those people.

Very boring place...it took more than 5 hours of my weekend from morning 7 to 12 for the token and a processing for a simple contact number change. Typical Indian govt office

Very worst service, staff are rude, no concern for senior citizens too . closing service by 5 though timing is upto 7 pm.

Slow and pathetic service. Need to be there at 6am for Aadhar update token but they start issuing token only at 9am and only 50 token per day.

Wasted a day trying to update my mobile number.

For aadhar enrollment and update prior appointment has to be taken. The token are issued everyday morning 8 30AM. Only 40 token are issued. Hope this helps.
