Got my RCT done here. On the very first sitting, had to take 2 extra anesthesia injection, since the 1st three din't work (imagine that extra pain), and still I could feel that pain. With the lockdown going on, was working from home, so had requested for a weekend appointment for the second and third sitting before agreeing for the treatment, and then all fall flate, both appointments were on weekdays. Here comes worst part, I had to pick the option of either RCT or extracting the tooth itself. I was told, only after 1st sitting it could be clear if the tooth could be saved or not, so after 1st sitting I was told the tooth not only could be saved but can last for long. The treatment got completed in the 1st week of June and 1st week of August the tooth broke while having my breakfast. Again I had to go through the pain for a day as due to lockdown prior appointment was required, next day visted another dentis. Pathetic, irritating and worst, no more adjectives. Waisted INR 5000/-.

On the cap thing, just writing as said 'bina cap ke bhi 4-5 mahina aram se nikal sakte ho',,, since making a cap in lockdown was not possible due to unavailability and thooth broke before that. Could have been a much better response by owning up to it, but atleast the response is better than the treatment. Wish you luck as well and yes, fortunately ther is no negative rating scale, well still some servive with 1 Rating. 1 star is better than No star right.

Had a small cavity for which I had to get filling done, they messed up my filling for the first time and it started hurting after the treatment. Then re-filled it and messed it up again. Went to another doctor today for a second opinion and the doctor took a x-ray and showed us that the filling was too close to my nerve which was causing this pain and said our only option is root canal. This has been my worst ever experience, going through so many things during my end semester exams and I have to go through root canal now just for a simple cavity. Also, While getting my second filling, it hurt too much the doctor did not do it gently at all.

Dr. Shruti is amazing. I got full transformation of my teeth and now my smile shines confidently.

I got my root canal done from here and my tooth is started paining after 1.5 year she did it whole worng took a lot of time and fees
Its bad she's not worth it
If she had her job properly I would not have to go to another dentist again and spend more money again

The doctor is very polite and patient. Excellent services. Booking an appointment and follow up procedure is very easy. Great experience.
