The clinic is beautifully constructed. Even though I didn't go for a longer treatment regimen...the doctor seemed very cooperative and understanding. You can definitely choose this clinic for your treatment.

The best Dental Clinic I've been to yet. The Doctor took time to listen and instead of blindly saying yes to all my wishes, she suggested what was best for me. Happy with my experience. I live in another town, but if in Siliguri, definitely visiting again.

My 2nd visit here at Anaya Dental.
The 1st visit was fine and I only had a scaling done.
My recent visit here was disappointing to say the least. A long waiting game and I actually wanted to leave after waiting for more than an hour if it were not for my classmate who also happened to drop by here with his family.
When my turn finally came... the Lady Dr (Anaya I presume) completed a filling and a scaling in less than 10 minutes as she had to attend to the next patient.
Half of the filling has already broken off in less than 10 days and the scaling performed is below average according to my sister who had a look.
This will be a great little dental clinic if the Dr and her staff could manage the patient appointments at decent intervals and only if the Dr could perform her skills without the pressure of having to rush to 1 patient to another... non-stop.
Revenue/profit is important but definitely not at this scale of turnover and at the cost on the patient's dental health.
Will never visit this clinic ever again.

Dr Ritika is a very good doctor. She handles her patients really well. She was so good with my 4 year old daughter and thanks to her my daughter underwent pulpectomy for two teeth n fillings for two teeth easily. She is very considerate n answers calls n messages very promptly. I would recommend her to anyone who needs dental care.
