FMS DENTAL HOSPITAL

My daughter had a very disturbing experience here shortly before her wedding. During her wisdom tooth extraction the "senior" dentist there chopped her lip leaving a huge depression at the corner of her mouth. But the doctors assured us it will heal in 2-3 months saying lips heal very quickly. In a state of panic we believed them. Imagine our trauma during her wedding as it could not be postponed indefinitely. Now after more than a year she's left with scars unable to stretch corner of lip. It's painful for her to be able to laugh or smile widely. When she again visited the hospital they shrugged off the whole incident saying it may take 2-3 years or more to heal. Shocked and angry with their attitude she demanded answers. Then the head doctor K. Shekhar along with his colleagues mocked her pain and trauma and humiliated her and her father. Nobody should have to go through the painful experience that we went through. Doctors here have no accountability. Pls don't believe manipulated reviews. I posted pic of her chopped lip but they keep removing it.

It’s a pleasure to having known of this dental facility. The front staff and the dentists were all very welcoming, knowledgeable and interested in clearing patients doubts. I highly recommend FMS for RCs, Crown replacement and general consultation. My crowns were replaced with Zirconia crowns and are reasonably priced RS.12000 per crown as of Oct’22.

One of my friend suggested this clinic for braces treatment who got invisaligns done 2years back .intially i was so skeptical abt getting treatment as I'm not from this state but I was assured and made comfortable by the doctors and other staff here .follow up and scheduling of appointments everything were taken care . now i receive many complements for my smile.one can find senior most experienced doctors here .Thank you Dr .Vijay and Dr .Gayathri ..kudos to team FMS

I went to FMS Dilshuknagar branch for my dental treatment . Doctors were very service oriented and provided me appropriate treatment by removing my wisdom tooth. They provided me followup and timely assistance after treatment also.

Strongly recommend NOT to visit this hospital.
Very very Rude staff. The hospital is fraud they just loot customers and give fake hope and never fix it. Worse experience and service. I personally faced issue with this hospital. All they care is about money.

Vexed with this hospital. My mother came here for root canal treatment. Her cap came loose and she was in pain. Faced problems while eating. Had to come back again but the staff and doctors were completely unresponsive. They seemed least bothered with our complaints. Not expecting this cos their charges were very expensive. Finally we had to get her treatment at another hospital. Very dissapointed. Won’t recommend at all.

You melted your patient's lip and took 5000 Rs from her office without even informing her. She was in shock, afraid to show anyone her face and you took advantage of this. We knew during tooth extraction, the rotating blades used to cut teeth, cut off her lip. But you didn't tell us that heat from the fast rotating blades melted her mouth tissue. Now plastic surgeons told us that burn contracture caused a deep fissure inside her mouth displacing part of her lip. The corner of her lip is gone. They can minimize the scars externally but removing all of the burnt tissue is not possible. So stretching the lip will always be painful. The corrective surgeries are very risky and expensive. Two of your dentists were operating on her.TWO. Vishnu Mohan who did this told her she should be thankful her face or tongue wasn't cut off causing nerve damage. This is the "world-class treatment" of this hospital. He hid behind Shekhar Kamisheety who told her sarcastically to go to the owner Parthasarathi Reddy at Jubilee Hills.Then Vishnu Mohan smirked and joined Shekar in taunting and making fun of her. Speechless, she left in disgust. She was recovering from a painful miscarriage. She found it difficult even to cry because of thick scars on her mouth.This place proved to be dangerous and unsafe for her in every way.
