Vasan Dental Care

I went for my tooth scaling (Usually called as Cleaning) at vasan dental care at thillainagar. Doctor done pretty good job, after scaling, she suggested to go for root canal treatment for one of my decayed tooth. I immediately responded and took my first appointment for RCT. Tooth scaling took hardly 30 minutes, then went for my RCT first sitting on the same day, it took another 45 minutes.

After 2 days i suffered a bit of pain on decayed tooth, then again came to meet doctor, he observed a portion of infected area below my decayed tooth. again went for root cleaning, now im free from pain. Doctor given a medication for curing the infected area, then asked me to come after 1month for my RCT second sitting.

I am very much satisfied with doctor performace, its a good hospital to visit.

The worst customer service. The reception people command on the patients. The time allotment/ appointment given is not patient friendly. Patients are not given appointments as per their comfort it is given as per the receptionist comfort. Root canal treatments and teeth implantation treatments are been forced by few doctors as a threat to health.
These situations were not before 3 years. The hospitality by the doctors as well as by the receptionist was soo good.
Now it has become too bad.

Very worst experience.

Doctors are good but service is worst they don’t have any permanent doctors every time we see a new doctor they speak of newer problems and keep stretching the treatment in order to pull more money.

Worst in treatment and appointment. Do not do the proper treatment. They only talk about RCT(Root canal treatment) or teeth implantation. They also do not have well trained dentist. They only have practisionor who will practise with your teeth in your cost. Those who are willing to spoil your teeth and health can prefer Vasan dental care, thillainagar, 1st cross, trichy.
It is a hospital who has only concern about money than the treatment.
NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. DON'T EVEN SUGGEST TO YOUR ENEMIES.

.Rich experience can be seen from handling their patients.. Dentist was so cordial and friendly. Best consultation at affordable fees .

I have taken braces for alignment.They told me that have strong bone for treatment.But the Doctors keep on changing.They have not instructed me properly about gum care inspite of their having treated my frequent gum problems during treatment. Now my teeth degraded much. Im also suffering from phyorrhea, a worst gum disease. I won't suggest that hospital for alignment treatment.
