RAA-SHAK DENTAL & ORTHODONTIC CLINIC

This hospital is so reputed and i went there as a friend recommended this hospital. They have the worst admin ever and they suck with appointments. I was asked to come later when i entered the hospital, so i left for home. Once im home, i got another call and they preponed my appointment by 1 hour. I rushed up to the hospital and even after waiting for more than an hour I was not called in. The moment we decided to leave the place, the admin person apologized to us and we were forced to go in then. We went in and happened to meet the doctor, i was disappointed again as I couldn't meet the actual senior doctor and only the junior doctors attended me. The xray machine was not the latest one and I had a mildly painful xray. I seriously wish they try to equip their hospital with latest machines and respect patients' time. If you ready to wait for the whole day, then one can go here. Disappointed.!

Poor service and doctor with lack of knowledge . I had a root canal which was done wrong and gave me so much problem for years (2 years continuousswelling pain and infection). Today I had to lose the tooth(extract) because of the doctor who couldn't do it right that day. I dint extract it here i went to Vetri dental clinic who did a great job and very great service. Do not go to Raa shak if you are doing RCT. I would have given 0 star rating but there was no such option.

I went to a dentist for filling in Chennai. He said, it is not possible and as such root canal is the only solution as the already existing layer of paste was very thin and the root may get affected in the process of filling.

But, I happened to come to Tirunelveli, and I consulted Dr. Rajkumar Gnanamuthu, and he kindly accepted and did the filling to the perfection.

I really appreciate your kind treatment, though I was to board my bus urgently to Chennai. God bless you and keep you for more such services to people in need.

Need to get doctor appointment otherwise if go walk in you have to wait for long.

The doctor may have good reputation over the years but he has not setup the appointment scheduling infrastructures even to a basic level. There are two kinds of patients coming in: one with already scheduled appointments and the other coming in as walk-ins.

One with an appointment has to wait for 2:30hrs minimum to get to the doctor’s office if you’re lucky enough. They don’t understand what an appointment is or even what a walk-in is. Someone who enters the lobby at 9am walk-in gets to meet the doctor at 11:30 am. Such a frustrating experience. People come here for the doctor’s face but that won’t nullify the frustration.

The staffs at the lobby are very impolite as though they’re the boss there and the patients are second to them. Poor management of patients and the appointments.

Pathetic

There's no difference between having appointment and no appointment at this place. Almost all visitors are made to wait too long unnecessarily. Reception staff are disrespectful and bossy. Doctor doesn't explain things properly. Better stay away from this place

The Clinic was founded by Dr. Rajkumar Ganamuthu and run by both husband and wife together.

Easy to get appointments there.

The doctor studied MDS . accepting 100 %.The government should order this type of doctors to learn time management.whole 2 days i waited for 6 hours I can't meet the doctor even I got appointment.
