Dentist of AIIMS Hospital suggested to my wife that in her case tooth extraction is the only solution as she was having problem of sensitive gag reflex. According to him it was not possible to save tooth by RCT as RCT requires a long process and it would be impossible in her case as she wouldn't cooperate due to sensitive gag reflex.
