Hard working person, that is what I say for Dr. Kapil. Very nice and helping staff at Ekdantam. True comments on the case are providen regardless of monetary gain or loss, so this makes a big difference here.

Myself had real easy and hassle-free treatment and I am very pleased with everything happened.

I would definitely suggest this to anyone seeking dental check-up and treatments.

Im beyond blessed to find Dr. Akansha Grag & her staff, she's very professional and considerate of her patients.
They are a fantastic group with very much compassion and very thorough with XR's and examination, The knowledge and expertise there in my opinion is second to none.

My wife's implant, fixed by Dr Kapil, broken within 2 years. It was done by Dr Kapil in haste since were moving out of Jaipur and he probably didn't want to loose the business. Poor service and lack of professionalism.

Let me tell my case in detail:
I went here after reading some reviews on Google (who knows if it's real or fabricated), but the place had good interiors and a cozy vibe (hats off to the designer) and that's their only pro point.

Okay let me get to the point, my wisdom tooth grew up out of nowhere and was pushing my last right lower tooth (second molar), which was causing a ton of pain, so I went here to remove it. But after checking my tooth he said the wisdom tooth has to be removed plus for the second molar root canal must be done. I was in a lot of pain so my mom just told him to do anything possible to stop it. Now the red flag for us was he urged us to do it right away and that to both the procedures on the same session. So this didn't give us time to think, so we agreed. Anyways I was skeptical about doing a root canal because I had done it twice before and I know how an infected root's pain is and I didn't have any pain or such in my second molar, so I reconfirmed with him, is it really necessary for a root canal?
And he said yes and did it. The procedure was similar to other docs nothing wrong or great about it.
In the end we were charged 12,000 for both, I am not complaining about it since we fell into it. I opted for a ceramic cap and for 9,000 rupees I thought, oh if it's this expensive then the cap must be of high quality but It was totally the opposite, after fixing the cap we paid and went home and when I felt the cap with my tongue, it was as smooth as Michael Jackson's moon walk, I was like Bruh seriously. The previous root canal caps were far more superior than this, they had good texture, realistic colour and seemed real, for 9,000 I could have done root canal for two teeth and still had 1,000 left.

I same some negative reviews and the clinic responded that they didn't know the patient and don't have their name on their database and that the person who has written it is fake and an imposter. Come on guys do you think people just find random places to give negative reviews for more than 1000 words. There is a reason why they do so and my reason is that I felt my perfectly fine tooth was destroyed for the sack of profits. No one prefers artificial tooth over natural ones except in some unavoidable circumstances. So please don't mislead,
Be honest, being honest of course might reduce the in flow of cash but it increases the inflow of trustability, thankfulness, satisfaction and happiness. When customers are satisfied they return and also recommend, These are far better.

Overall I just blame myself for being so naive and stupid to have not thought it through properly before taking action, I just wanted to have a good experience and this was an very good lesson for my mom and me.
