My wife's wisdom tooth had got infected due to capitis due to which she was suffering from unbearable pain continuously. We were new in Chittorgarh and our family friend told about Dr. Nigam. He caught the problem on first check and treated very well. We had contacted two other doctors in this matter but all of them told us to remove the tooth. I was very lucky that I came to Dr. Nigam and he saved an impossible case by doing RCT instead of removing the tooth with his intelligence and understanding. Took time to time during the treatment, talked to his patient by calling ahead and also kept giving all the instructions. All the tools and equipments are of very good quality which were of foreign make and are used by them. I am very happy that my wife's wisdom tooth is still alive, I am very grateful to Mr. Nigam Sir.
