I wish I had known this clinic earlier.. one of the dentists with the true caring attitude... not a money making centre like many others...

This clinic is the best dental clinic in Pondicherry (No exaggaration). There are different dentists to meet different dental problems. Well equiped clinic with Well experienced and professional dentists. And the most important thing is, their staff's behaviour; very polite. Organized schedules of the appointments and strictly following them, are to be noted. I am one of the person who gained a confident smile, and contented with their service. Strongest recommendation.

Very impolite staff. Money minded hospital and most of all you will be forced to treat with the assistants. Booked an appointment and doctor didn’t turn up on time. Almost waited for 2 hours and finally went to another clinic and got my treatment done to the best. Will never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr. Vishnu Prasad, along with his team of doctors and assistants are very professional and kind. His expertise in diagnosis and management is easily evident and I would definitely recommend his clinic to anybody with oral/dental concerns. Don't think twice !

Possibly the worst dental place in Pondicherry. Incompetent and never keeps up the time !!
The main doctor has juniors who actually do the procedure ! He doesn't have any professional courtesy!

Edit2 - his way of professional courtesy - he came late , then he saw my child crying and anxious before the procedure even though he was still and co operative ( wat more anybody can do xpect a child to do ) , yet he went away and sent a junior to say the procedure is cancelled because the child is anxious. He never came bak to explain why or give a proper reply.. and by the way u compare urself to a star restaurant and ur procedure to ur movie ..people can understand the way u treat ur patients! I previously got a filling for 600 bucks at another place, while this place charged 3000 rupees for the same filling. I knew I had gotten a composite filling previously and was amazed at the charge here. I asked the doctor why is the cost so high. In a polite tone, he said, "go get it done by the doctor who did it earlier". I could not go to another place due to time-related personal reasons. The treatment procedure was done well, but I have yet to see the results. Are dentists with experience entitled to 5 times fees and arrogance? I know good treatment sure is not free but is it 5 times the usual cost loaded with the 'know-it-all' attitude? Choose for yourself.

Please, whom so ever are considering this place, kindly do not go here for any big treatment. It is a not so great place to do a root canal. I had a root canal treatment and the crown they placed was like an umbrella getting stuck to my gums and collecting the food debris under it. I needed to go to another doctor to get that removed and redone. Totally a waste of cost and time. The doctor didn’t even take a look once the crown was placed. Kindly check the top big bulky crown in the attached photo which is popping out on all sides.
