I went all over from Cuttack to this clinic but they refused to see as according to them you haven't taken any prior appointment. It was a matter of a couple of mins to see me and then we can again come next week with an appointment for root canal. But that man who sits outside refused . He gave me a number and ask me to call on that for prior appointment. I did that next weekend but that number was switched off. This is really inappropriate behaviour. I will never recommend anyone to go there untill and unless you have a hell lot of patience to tolerate such nuisance.

They did RootCanal for me and a broken crown was used. Not sure if they have broke it while operating. Initially they said the RC will resolve my issue. But I had problem continued, I had to revisit and they did FILLING for the side tooth. That filling was not proper, I revisited again and again, they did filling trice but still it came out. It all hsppened in 2 months. The guy sitting at reception behaves as a doctor and does not answer you proper while booking slot. They had imposed me for metal crown even though I asked for zirconia. Pathetic experience and staff and doctor do not listen anything or make patient understand what they are doing. Today I visited another dentist and he told the crown is cracked. He replaced that crown which was implemented 3 months back. I visited here thinking this is very old and experienced clinic. But unfortunately ended up loosing my money and time. Please do not visit here.
