I had an infection in my lower right molar, due to which my jaw had swelled up like a mini gulab jamun.

I visited Bhardwaj Dental Clinic on my friend's recommendation.

After a thorough diagnosis, Dr. Swati Sharma recommended me to go for root canal treatment, but first she prescribed some medicines to reduce the swelling.

I had this exact same problem back in 2019 also. My previous dentist also suggested the same procedure involving medicines and then root canal. I took the medicines to eliminate the swelling, but avoided root canal treatment due to lack of awareness of the importance of dental health. Pain was also a major factor in skipping the root canal as I was scared of pain.

But now in 2022, I had to make a decision-

1) Either to finally be responsible and take care of my dental health.
2) Or to ignore the issues and continue with a careless attitude.

I took the first option and decided to go for root canal.

After taking the medicines, my swelling reduced to zero and I reported for the root canal treatment. To be honest, I was still a bit anxious about the pain part; but I steadied my mind and said to myself – jo hoga dekha jayega. (we’ll see whatever happens)

Usually root canal treatment is associated with huge pain, as our relatives would suggest. But that was not the case at Bhardwaj Dental Clinic. There wasn’t any pain during or after the root canal treatment.

Undergoing root canal treatment at Bhardwaj Dental Clinic has transformed my thinking. Now I know that root canal isn’t a painful procedure at all, at least not like our relatives would tell us.

I am also grateful to Dr. Swati Sharma for spotting a few more issues at the initial stages, which otherwise would have created more problems in the future. I was happy to get them fixed as well.

Her caring and helping attitude put me at ease during the treatment.
