Kolath Dental Care

Worst experience.
It is a decent hospital with reasonable facilities.
The first impression when i met the doctor was really good. But later in the subsequent visits i realised that they are only focused in making money. My advise to all those who are going to visit this hospital in emergency situations, is that always take second opinion from some good doctors instead of blindly following their instructions.

I visited this clinic as the complaint of bad breath, bleeding gums and redness of gums.
The specialist doctor for the gums consulted me and address my complaint. I got exact treatment for my problem and get cured within two visits..i will bring my daughter also there for treatment of her tooth problems.

I went there as complaint of spacing my teeth,i get to know various advanced treatment modalities as a correction of my complaint.i got advanced smile designing treatment from there. I am sure you'll get an advice and best treatment in affordable fees.I visited Kolath dental care for my teeth sensitivity problem I had the best treatment, my teeth got fixed with metal free cap (ZIRCONIUM material) .I am sure that all of you'll get best advice and treatment. I appreciate their compassionate and responsible dealings with patients. And their concerns in follow-up with you including telephone enquiry about patient's health and satisfaction. All these in a reasonable fees. I recommend strongly those who have dental issues, to go to Kolath dental care for a satisfactory cure in an affordable fees.

They are clearly after money here and don’t allow patients to review their options and will try brainwashing you into doing expensive procedures you weren’t prepared for.

I had my root canal and crown replacement procedure done here and I was satisfied with the work.

But I have to mention the negatives here:
- My wife came along with me for a cleanup and found out she had cavities. Doctor Jerin advised that she needed root canal procedure done on 3 teeth.
- She was not prepared for a root canal on that particular day but the doctor repeatedly tried to convince her into doing 3 root canals and then do crown procedure on those 3 teeth.
- These are very expensive procedures and he did not even consult us about the money factor.
- We refused several times and he still insisted she should get it done right away.
- While I was getting my root canal procedure done he tried to convince her to get the numbing injection so he can proceed with the root canal. - She again refused but he kept brainwashing her to do the procedure.
- I finally had to sternly tell the doctor that she won’t be doing the procedure today.

And lastly before we were ready to leave the clinic he gave my wife the option to temporarily seal the cavity affected teeth. I do appreciate that because that was a much better option for my wife at that time. We proceeded to temporarily seal the affected teeth so now we have time to prepare for the RC procedure.

But this option should have been given earlier instead of trying to brainwashing her to do 3 root canal procedures all at once.

They are clearly after money here and don’t allow patients to review their options and will try brainwashing you into doing expensive procedures you weren’t prepared for.
