I got my crowns done from iSmile and the result is incredible. I really appreciated Dr. Neelam’s effort and patience during the entire treatment. During all my sittings, she went out of her way to ensure I experienced the least amount of pain. And the final result is amazing. My smile looks incredible and the crowns look absolutely natural. Definitely recommended.

I had my wisdom tooth extract

Experience was very good it took short time to extract. Doctor here are so polite and experienced doctor. This is the best clinic i found in gurgaon.

A very caring environment in which my dental procedure happened under Dr.Prashant , Dr.Neelam and their support staff. Worth every penny spent. My upper denture had taken almost 1 and half years whereas the same kind of procedure was completed in a week. All kudos to Dr.Prashant and his team. The timelines shared were adhered to. It was indeed a good experience and unbelievable that it took such less time with great expertise and transparency at every step. All thanks to Dr. Prashant and his staff.

She is not just the worst in Gurgaon but in whole Delhi NCR.
Reasons
1. She throws lots of gyan but her hand is so bad that my wife is still in pain after several visits. Her mouth swelled like crazy because this lady did not placed cap properly .Also she did not finish RCT completely and it developed pus and she had to take Ketrol DT after every two before we went to another Doc next day.
2.I have seen my wife crying with pain like in tears literally because of this lady doc's mishandling and her poor practice. Mahadev will punish you for sure.Its karma.
3. She is costlier just like any other dentist. Even higher than others.So charitable just for sake of it

Charges wise this dental clinic is pocket friendly , however I feel professionalism and responsibility is missing . Doctor Prashant treating me for wisdom tooth removal and RCT of another tooth. Doctor started the treatment in the last week of October and today is more than a month treatment is still going on.
Somehow if i accept the duration but the co-ordinate with the patient is not up to the Mark at all. There have been scenarios when I kept calling the Doctor for some query and no one responded . Sometime Doctor is not available and no one is bother to inform you to tell you not to come on the appointment time, at least the helper/assistant can follow up on the appointments and inform the patient about the unavailability of the doctor , so Patient would not show up.
It is wasting of time and money.

I had seen these people are very keen on overall hygiene and perfect sterilization.and the treatment are provided with all latest equipments and materials. Doctor had done an implant for my extracted tooth almost painlessly . Iam really impressed with all technology they are using and providing very affordable treatments. The doctor explained the issue and post-process care in a detailed manner. Surprisingly, I didn't feel pain even after the procedure. During this pandemic time, the clinic is following all necessary safety precautions. I am very satisfied and happy to find one of the best dentists in Gurgaon.
