Sterling Dental Clinic

A bit of a mess. First, they lost my card. Later, they created a new one but then pulled up my older one for treatment. The appointments are always a mess and their phone numbers -- three of them -- intermittently stop working. My last cleaning with them felt rushed. When I told my dentist that she has an outdated card, she proceeded with treatment anyway. One of the dentists did a pretty good job at one point so they get two stars. Altogether a hit and miss.

Leaving 35 years globally I have met and experienced many professionals but having met my dentist dr Radhika of international standard was an experience to remember She is professional . I went to this clinic only once and they didn’t even do my fillings right. I took appointment with Dr Tarun specifically and yet later on after the consultation, he passed off the work to someone new or probably someone who was under training there. My regular dentist tells me that the filling hasn’t been done right and it needs to be done again since they didn’t target the entire cavity. Really disappointed in their service.

I am sure they are good but just make sure you are getting work done from experienced doctors instead of new folks who are learning there.

Update: I reached out to the clinic about the incident. They called me in and IT TURNS OUT THAT THEY DIDN’T DO FILLING IN THE TOOTH THAT I CAME IN CLINIC WITH A COMPLAINT. This was very surprising because I was told by the person who did the filling that she had filled the teeth and the cavity in the adjoining teeth. This was beyond what I can imagine from a clinic that promises top tier services.

My experience:

1) I waited for 2 weeks for an appointment with Dr Tarun. He sees my teeth and passes off his work to someone untrained and that person does the work without his supervision.

2)They literally did not do filling in the teeth with which I came in to get filled even though I was told the first time around that they had filled. Sheer negligence in patient care.

Dr Tarun did see me after the complaint, seems like a reasonable professional. I wouldn’t go to the clinic again just because of their business ethics, honestly feels like a money minting place from my experience. Mooch off work to someone who is way less experienced. You will easily find equally good dentist.

I have been going to Dr Tarun Giroti for many years and I am extremely satisfied with his services . I have not had any problems at all. Lately I went to Dr Shruti for my gum problem. She is very pleasant and professional. So satisfied with her treatment.

Doctor Tarun was very patient, explained the problem very nicely and gave me the possible solutions.

Had such a smooth (Painless) root canal and tooth extraction and overcame my fear of almost 20 years of seeing a dentist!! Recovery also went exactly as per his explanation without requiring any anti biotics.

The clinic is spic and span and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Tarun Giroti is an amazing doctor. I have been consulting him for my father, myself and also for my son. He is too good in his work, extremely polite with no air, very reasonable on pocket. Clinic is well maintained, clean with proper hygiene. Totally satisfied...

Went a while ago to the clinic and was hesitant posting about my experience, so doing it now. The clinic was hygienic and on point with pandemic standards and safety. Everyone was very polite. But I did feel it was a money drain. I went for a second opinion for a gum problem and they suggested several unnecessary procedures amounting to thousands. One even ill advised as it poses risks if performed under a particular premolar cause of a nerve loop there.

I had booked with Dr Giroti by Practo, and realised he was busy, and was attended to by another Dr. Which is fine by me. Only later did I read up the clinic description properly and there was an "assured meeting with Mr Giroti" type line. Look, if a doc is busy, we understand. There's no need to give out appointments in their name. But to draw a client and then dangle their appearance is unnecessary. He came and diagnosed me within minutes and went away without much examination. It was also not the right diagnosis as I realised later thanks to another dentist. He even used a bridge removal plier without warning or consent, given I have TMJ and the pliers are massive, and swayed my dental bridge very brusquely. Not done. It could have chipped my tooth under or hurt my ligament. In fact the teeth under throbbed for several days after, when they weren't hurting at all before that.

They also do say, if the waiting area looks very fancy, you know where the overheads are.

He is so professional, so precise, so refined in his work, it’s amazing.
Dr. Giroti is so knowledgeable, so skilled, so smooth in how he works, just amazing and beautiful, really…
I just completed six days of what would have been very challenging work, but, it all went so smoothly.
Can’t say enough positive, good things about my experience being a patient of Dr. Tarun Giroti 🍃🙏🍃
