Worst Service they provide. My product was expected to be dilivered at 14th July they have received my parcel on 14th itself and today is 21 still they are not able to diliver my product. Person named as Mayur has no manners to talk and all the staff here is not managing the things properly. I will recommend ekart to close this warehouse.

Ur service is quite bad i didn't receive courier n u sent delivered msg to me were is my courier can't reach u n u people are doing nothing pls contact

Worst service provider, they never deliver any product on time, the office location over Google also now closed they shifted somewhere without address updation. Do not have any contact details also

Even Flipkart executive also not able to track exact office location.
Still don't want to give rating also. They do not deserve one star rating.

Poor service will never recommend anyone to use their facilities for courier. Worst service ever seen the don't pick up ur call instead they will put your number on reject or block list. I have ordered home appliance from Flipkart I want to visit the doctor as I am not well but they don't pickup my call

Ekart logistics is the worst service provider I have ever seen in my life. Every product from Flipkart they deliver late. So much irresponsible and unprofessional.
Actually Ekart you should sell vegetables instead of logistics, that's your level.

Delivery person didn't come to delivery but mentions that attempt was made. Neither do they provide the delivery person number nor customer care agent number
