Received opened package with missing items. Reported on customercare mail but no response.
Won't trust on them for delivery again.

They should maintain neatness.

Bad service not delivered by product. Not receiving any call. No response from them.

The Ecom express delivery boy behaviour is very rude. So I am personally dislikes their service but their serrvice punctual in time

Poor customer service. I am calling from my registered mobile no with pin but it says that the number is not registered. So I am not able to contact delivery boy. Also they don't have any proper customer care executive number.

OTP is getting delayed and also they don't have proper customer calling number.

Ecom Express is well knowned company for Ecommerce logistics and providing door delivery services for more than 3k clients PAN INDIA.

It's a deliver partner and provider of products to consumers who do online shopping. It takes a little bit longer time to make a complete delivery.
