Very poor service, I went for their best facial which they claimed to be some organic facial, which was for 2400 rupees, but the technician hardly did anything, in 30 minutes everything was over, it was like a mini clean up from a local parlour.. So if you are planning for facial from this place you will be highly disappointed...

First foot massage in Nice relaxing place. Couldn't believe was in shopping centre... Second time.. Manicure session was great but I felt not appropriate in the same room as foot therapy...

Poor head Massage
I spent today on one hour foot massage and thirty minutes on. head massage. receptionist put both massages together at the same time. head massage was very poor and paid premium price. I informed the receptionist that my experience is bad. He even didn't care and didn't even take a second to apologies. Clients do expect a better service on higher price just not the ambience or the location. staff hasn't trained to understand value for money and how to serve.

Good place to chill and relax. Very well experienced staff. ✨
