The services were great. The staff was helpful. Exchange value and transaction charges were fine and similar to others. The only reason why I am reducing one star is the absence of digital platform to remit money. They said for smaller exchanges they wont allow digital transaction. So one has to come prepared acgordingly.

It's a nice place to get the foreign currency in Nagpur. Location is also very convenient (Ramdaspeth area). The staff is friendly as well. Only the document processing time is a little longer, and they don't accept digital payment (Tip: ICICI Bank ATM is nearby). So please plan your visit accordingly.

Great services were provided. The staff was supportive. The exchange rate and transaction fees were good and equivalent to others. If you need to do RTGS or NEFT to their account and the sum is greater than Rs. 50,000 or Rs.1,00,000, ask them for their bank account details first to minimize the delay. One must therefore arrive appropriately equipped.

The worst money exchange service I ever visited. At first I asked them if they can send my money to Saudi Arabia or not on a phone call, they said yes. But when I reached there they refused, this wasted my money and time. If you can't send then directly tell, why do you want to waste someone's time and money?

Not to mention the staff was really rude, didn't behave well and gave a really bad experience
