Worst experience. Had to wait 2 hours to get 100sgd. Once you transfer the money, they will ask you to wait saying the head office need to clear it. I had to wait 2 hours before I could come out. What I thought would be 5 minute affair turned out to be a 2 hour long ordeal.

Owrst experience ever I recently bought a Thomas Cook travel card from Unimoney and I have had nothing but problems with it. The charges are ridiculous and when I've contacted their customer service, they don't even bother to respond . I'm so disappointed with Unimoney and I would not recommend them to anyone. Save your money and go with someone else
