This Lawyer is a very unprofessional lawyer .Not done any proceeding for past six months which has badly effected the case .When we have asked back our file , he has not handed over all the relevant files and when the same has been asked , he gives lame excuses like the files will be handed to us by the lawyer clerk .Very poor Approach with clients and that's why this much I have written and posted.
He always ask for only time from the clients . Without doing any work in our case ,he simply charges very unethically. I
think he is newly married now ( his second marriage ) due to which he is always busy in roaming around with the spouse . NO knowledge in crimical matters .
Simply beating around the bush .Therefore I strongly recommend a big NO to all . Very irresponsible lawyer .We have handed over the case file seven months before . The covid month covid started in March end . After that not even once our case came to court floor . But even during lockdown he has demanded us huge amount as fees and we have paid also. His next door neighbour / relative who lives in Chennai has also conveyed us about his incapability to run the case efficiently . Therefore we have finally decided to withdraw our matter from him . He has even demanded money for giving me NOC for vakalathnama.Not returned full documents which has been handed over to him at the time of case handing over . On top of that when we call to get back the files , making some servant ladies or we do not know some female picks up the call and abusing us . A Aristocratic Nair girl won't speak to anyone like that . The lawyer not returned all documents which has been submitted at the time of his appointment . Such a stupid irresponsible person. Don't be so smart by updating as if you don't know such customer and stuff like that . We simply won't post any comments on a lawyer in this platform . Therefore let me clarify , we have handed over our family case to you and criminal case to you too . So stop acting smart and behave diplomatically and professionally with customers because after you are only paid servant to any customer . So be loyal to any body and in case any ego worked out with customers , the customer has got full freedom to take back his file from you and that is not the time for you to trouble him by not handing over full file set and NOC for a new lawyer appointment .

Such a waste lawyer i have ever seen....he is only keen in grabbing money from clients. If you hand over cases to him then you will feel him as more problematic than your cases. Will not attend calls of own clients only interested in grabbing money from clients he will join with your opposite parties in the case and will try to convince you to cancel the case and will get huge money from both the parties...a lawyer joining with the opposite parties of his own clients is such a cruel and shame to this profession itself. But all this happens in his case..he thinks that we the clients are fool and will swallow anything what he says..but no Mr. Manoj Ambat we know all the cheap things you do to our case...He is not fit for being a lawyer...
