District Court of Bulandshahar

Bulandshahr is a city and a municipal board in Bulandshahr district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is the administrative headquarters of Bulandshahr District. This city is part of the Delhi National Capital Region (NCR). According to Government of India, the district Bulandshahr is the Hinduand Muslim Concentrated District in India on the basis of the 2011 census data on population, socio-economic indicators and basic amenities indicators

A very crowded place on working days generally. It will not be easy to find a parking place for your car either inside the court premises or at any nearby place during working hours. There is complete lack of civil facilities for the litigants, like clean toilets, sitting facilities near court rooms while waiting. Even if sitting facilities are there near some court rooms, you will find complete lack of sanitation there. There is a small canteen within the Court premises. Some tea stalls and light snacks shops etc. are available on the main road go between the Civil Court premises and the Collectorate premises.

Number of advocates is much more in comparison to the available Chambers in the court premises. Therefore, many advocates may be found sitting in the verandah only, putting a table and two chairs to make a temporary open office in the court.

Bulandshahr is historical place and named by Maharaja Baran as Baran City but later on it has been converted into Bulandshahr. King Baran belongs to Raja Mandhata poorvaja of Shree Ram Chander Jee.

Bulandshahr District is in the Meerut Division of Uttar Pradesh, located between Ganges and Yamuna river . The District is about 84 km in length and 62 km in breadth. The district headquarters is situated at Bulandshahr city. District Court Bulandshahr has two taluka courts i.e. Anoopshahr, Khurja The district has many important towns such as Sikandrabad, Debai, Shikarpur, Siyana, Bugrasi, Anoopshahr, Jahangirabad, Khurja and Bulandshahr. This district is near to Delhi and is in national capital region. The nuclear atomic power plant is located at Narora town of the district. Near Sikandrabad town is located the national level satellite earth station. This is also an important grain producing agriculture District.
