Metropolitan Magistrate Court - Rajender Nagar

Court will be open in the morning 10am to 5pm, but the gates are open early morning by 7 am. The court is more known for petty case where people are called two hours early before the proceeding takes places and given their respective charge sheets. Police catches holds of some innocent people also who are forced to accept the crime that they haven't acted upon. The penalty for the petty case is 50₹ but the police men charges 150₹.

Conjusted and lack of basic facilities

UPPERPALLY COURT COLLECTS HUGE AMOUNTS OF COURT FEES BUT LACK NO SEATING AND IN RAIN THERE IS NO SHADE AND DROWN UNDER RAIN FALL. ATLEAST PROVIDE SEATS IN COURT ROOM FROM SOME OF OUR COURT FEES.

Parking preblem

It was my first experience when I visited metropolitan magistrate court Rajendra nagar. I thankful to my Mr kankayya sir CAI of rajendra nagar and Mr Srikanth reddy sir who helped me out from my civil matter.
