District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum

The Forum is constituted under Consumer Protection Act, 1986 which is amended from time to time. To file a complaint you need to satisfy that a complainant is a consumer and a consumer dispute is there to be resolved. The procedure followed is summary but it does not mean that you need not file documents. You have to file all the documents along with complaint in one go. The tribunal takes around 8-10 months to resolve the disputes

Something is Better than nothing always. No doubts the premises, functioning and other state of affairs are not upto its full potential but people are still trying their best to make it work with limited resources. Can never be compared to Chandigarh Consumer Court since it is an UT.

They will redirect you to go to lawyer to fight the case. Somewhere they are useful and somewhere not.

Worst school, st. Stephen togah mohali, Admission time they give you wrong information bcoz they just wants your admission fee, and Building development fee, school fee, cherity fee, every two days kids party charge.. just money important for school, whatever if after one year letter you knows every Truth of these school. They don't care how to you manage Admission fee, and all charges. Admission time they said don't worry we only one time take all charges and after one year letter we increase only 8% fee on current fee, and we don't any other building development charges etc, but that school is a fraud school. So parents be careful please don't take any risk. This is fraud school. Worst fraud school

It is offline office, but you can open edaakhil.nic.in website and register complainant under new new act 2019. All detail videos are available there which you can watch yourself and register a case without a lawyer. It is a very easy process but with proper format.
