The building is very huge.
Nice chambers of advocates with good service. But required “information in English “non Punjab will suffer in communication.
Note: Parking charge for scooter 10₹ and for car 20₹ & RTO office also shift to here. But staff are so irresponsible and misguide people always.

Judicial courts situated in sector 76, and has Punjab national bank.
it is closed on saturday and sunday.
crowd on working days.
you can go at 12 noon as rush is reduced

When I visited here the Building was built was very well and It has a goos infrastructure. Canteens are also their for the staff but you can make a good infrastructure but Good, Hardworking and Intelligent cant be made with money. The people present in RTA authority don't have manner to behave with old age people. They talk with everyone in a very rude way. Only 1-2 person present their was talking in a good way otherwise others were what we call in Punjabi 'gawaars'. They dont even want to work. They were using mobile phones during their working hours. I am talking about RTA office people only.

Stam papers are impossible here, don't come, must fill a big form first then go to lines for hours, vendors don't talk normal TOTAL HARASSMENT, 0 MANAGEMENT

It's a neat and clean public place busy with people .

I went their to buy stamp papers thrice. And none of the vendor gave me one because I just needed only one or two stamp papers.
These people are very disrespectful. Don't know how to behave with a person.
Also they charge 10 rs extra on every stamp paper.
Such a bad experience it was.

PS: Can anyone help me where can I get stamp papers?
